We’re delighted to announce that we have two new positions available in our Grand Canal St location, both in our cafe and kitchen!
The role will involve serving customers, making coffee, running food and drinks, and all the other random things that go with running with a busy coffee shop. Experience working with speciality coffee is not a requirement, but experience in the service industry is an advantage and enthusiasm is a must.
The ideal applicant will be customer-focused, willing to work as part of a team, and have an interest in food and coffee.
We are expanding our kitchen team at Grand Canal Street! At 3fe we serve breakfast, lunch and brunch seven days a week from our Grand Canal Street premises with us also supplying food to our Sussex Terrace store daily.
In the coming months we will be working on more food focused projects, both wholesale and retail. In light of this we are looking for someone who is passionate about food, who has an open mind about cafe/restaurant service and also food product development. The kitchen at Grand Canal Street offers chefs sociable working hours as well as creative contribution to our menu which changes weekly. Our menu focuses on using sustainable, local produce with some of our suppliers including The Whole Hoggs, Village Dairy and Tolka Valley Eggs.
Grand Canal Street’s kitchen offers a fast paced environment with plenty of opportunity to learn. The ideal candidate will have pastry experience but this is not a requirement. All levels of kitchen experience will be considered.
