When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be packaged on the day following on from when your order has been placed and then dispatched with your carrier as early as possible once your order has been packaged.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our coffee and equipment worldwide. At present, we ship to many countries and are working to add more in the near future. Delivery times vary with International Postage and we are not in a position to guarantee particular delivery times if this delivery method is selected. Our International Courier options are very quick and we expect these deliveries to arrive between 2-10 business, depending on your destination country. When will my subscription arrive?

Reoccurring & Prepaid subscriptions will be packaged and dispatched the day following the orders renewal. These orders are treated in the same manner as a regular order made online.

What happens if I'm not at home when my delivery arrives?

For Irish addresses, we highly recommend you include your address as it appears on eircode.ie as well as including your Eircode. Also please include your phone number at checkout so you can receive SMS updates for your delivery.

How do I make a return?

If you would like to return an item purchased online, please securely package the the item in it's original packaging with it's packing slip* and outline your reason for return. Please then send this item to the 3fe Roastery:
