It’s fun, fun, fun and if I drop it, it doesn’t break, cause I’m a little clumsy like that.

An endless supply of peanut butter cause you can live forever on that shit. 12) A fact about yourself that you're embarrassed to admit.
I’m an absolute sucker for chick flicks. Dear John! Like oh my god!

13) What first drew you to working in the coffee industry and if you weren’t working in the coffee industry, what would you be doing?
Everything about this new world of coffee intrigued me. Especially the cafes. Not only were the coffees and food offerings delicious but the interiors were pleasing to the eye, the music was almost always alternative and there were all walks of life coming through the doors. I count myself so lucky to have met some incredible people along the way, and that may not have happened if it weren’t for our coffee industry. If I wasn’t working in coffee, you’d probably find me in a downtown plant shop getting all excited about selling you a green friend. All the groovy tunes would be playing in the background and there’d be a retail vinyl area incorporated so by the time you get home, you can shake those hips while repotting your Monstera.

14) Any hidden talents?
I can totally play the Tuba. I’m a local plant doctor. People actually pop into the shop just to ask me plant questions. I started indoor rowing about 6 months ago, and got fairly good at it, and somehow found my way into two upcoming major competitions. The Irish Rowing Championships in Limerick and the British Rowing Championships in London. Big shout out to my fellow Gladiators at the Colliseum. 🙋

Julie or Julia Murray (depending from which part of my life you know me from!) A long, lucky life/career in coffee!

2) What is your favourite thing about the Aeropress?

3) If you could have any coffee superpower, what would it be?
To give coffee a big BS siren (bullshit) – that when someone is ‘bigging up’ a shite coffee an alarm/siren sound comes from the cup!

Wait’ll I tell ye

I would have to play me! Think I could act …

Anyone seen my brush trick?
