So in the last article we talked a lot about what seasonality wasn't, this time I plan to talk about what is seasonality (at last Steve I hear you cry)
So coffee is a natural product that has a harvest cycle for its production. This changes from country to country because of the growing conditions / temperatures and the magic of plant growing.
In the past these have been fairly fixed dates that you could set your watch by, but climate changes has for sure seen this be less reliable in recent years.
But we do have some parameters I will set out here that give us a rough time of harvest times, shipping times and arrival times.
All these dates are approximate, but should give the reader a sensible target for these times.
