Voila Vegan
Amanda, a 3fe alumni, has gone on to open Boneshaker an entirely plant-based bakery in Paris's 2nd arrondissement in 2016. In her debut cookbook, Voila Vegan, Amanda shares over eighty-five entirely plant-based but still decadent recipes alongside delightful fish-out-of-water stories from her kitchen and travels.
The Event
On Friday December 8th, from 7pm guests got to meet Amanda in 3fe Gertrude, who signed copies of her new book and we will enjoyed treats and refreshments straight from the pages of her recipes. Amanda shared with us her experiences as one of Europe's top pastry chefs and one of the most interesting business people we have known in our industry.
