FAQ

Where do you ship to?

We ship subscriptions anywhere on the island of Ireland but unfortunately not outside of the country.

When will my subscription arrive?

When your order renews, it will be packaged and dispatched on the following day. You will receive you tracking information by email and this should be with you in 2-5 business days.

What happens if I'm not at home when my coffee arrives?

We strongly recommend you put an address as it is listed on eircode.ie. Also please include your phone number at checkout: couriers will give you a call if any delivery issues arise.

What should I do if I change my address?

Can my coffee be ground before delivery?

Yes you can choose to have your coffee ground to suit your preferred brew method.
