FAQ

Where do you ship to?

We ship subscriptions anywhere in Ireland but unfortunately not outside of the country. Our coffee and merchandise is available world wide.

When will my subscription arrive?

We post our Tasting Subscription and monthly Drinking Subscription on the last Wednesday of the month and it should be at your door before the weekend.

What size bag is the Tasting Subscription?

Our Tasting Subscriptions is 250g of wholebean coffee.

What happens if I'm not at home when my coffee arrives?

We strongly recommend you put an address where it’s easy to find you, usually a work address is best. Also please include your phone number at checkout: couriers will give you a call if any delivery issues arise.

What should I do if I change my address?

Simply drop us a mail to webshop@3fe.com

Can my coffee be ground before delivery?

Currently we only ship our coffee as whole bean.
