A sweet cup, with a delicate acidity, and a softmouthfeel. La Ilusion is undoubtedly one of our favourite farms at 3fe. We have enjoyed Ernesto Menendez's coffee since we opened in late in 2009, and have had many of his coffees on ourlist since then.
