We’ve been cooking this one up for a while and  are delighted to bring you these limited edition Rossyln x 3fe bags.

You will find this very special coffee running across all @rosslyncoffee sites for the month of October, on bar and retail. 

The coffee chosen for this collaboration is a special one from Ernesto Menendez. It comes from a wonderful project on the Las Brumas farm called the ‘Wild Forest Project’. Ernesto has been growing coffee in a previously uncultivated area of the farm, working with the existing ecosystem rather than clearing the land. The combination of the nutrient-rich forest floor and slower maturation, brought on by the shade of the surrounding trees, produces an intensely sweet coffee with a heightened acidity.

Clean, crisp coffee with a layer of sweetness balanced by delicate acidity.
