Samhain represents the division of the year between the lighter and darker halves, this blend aims to achieve the same harmony and balance. Two different processes from La Manuela estate harmonise perfectly. This blend features a citrusy acidity with a hint of tartness, complemented by a velvety mouthfeel.

50% El Salvador - La Manuela: Natural, Catimor
