FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about 3fe coffee.

What roast profile is 3fe coffee?

We omni-roast all our coffee so that you can use it for any brewing method you like. The roast profile we use can be described as medium-light.

How do I store my coffee?

Keep your bag sealed after when you are not using it, especially if it is ground. Our bags are very high quality, and prolong the life of the beans inside. You can also use a Póca bag for storage, & for 10% off your coffee in-store at any of our 3fe cafe locations.

What is coffee degassing?

Degassing is when the carbon dioxide builds up and releases after coffee is roasted. You should be allowing your coffee to degas to get the best flavour from your coffee. A good rule to follow for degassing is 4 days for filter, 7 days for espresso.
